Hey! I’m Michelle

I am a 21 year old dominican/dutch girl. My fitness journey started when I was around 17 years old because I thought I was too skinny and wanted to gain weight & curves. The following 4 years I managed to get to where I am. I know there are plenty of girls who struggle with their body image as well, and I am glad to help the way I helped myself!
